Coil UHT Sterilizer – Intop Machine

Product Overview

The Coil UHT Sterilizer from Intop Machine is a professional ultra-high temperature sterilization system designed for continuous sterilization of liquid materials including fresh milk, fruit juice drinks, ice cream slurry, soy milk, condensed milk, alcohol, and other fluid products. It can be customized according to different production requirements.

Working Principle

Materials are pumped into the Coil UHT Sterilizer using a centrifugal pump. The product is preheated through a hot and cold material heat exchange system, rapidly heated to the required sterilization temperature via a high-pressure high-temperature barrel, held for a short time (about 3–4 seconds), and then discharged and cooled by heat exchange with cold material. This process quickly kills microorganisms and enzymes to ensure product safety. The discharge temperature can be controlled below 65°C. Cleaning is performed by fully turning on the circulating system and using CIP cleaning solutions for efficient internal coil cleaning.

Key Features & Advantages

  • Continuous production with extremely short sterilization time improves production efficiency.
  • Short heating and cooling process preserves product quality and sensory properties.
  • Ultra-high temperature sterilization ensures thorough sterilization and longer shelf life
  • Can be combined with centrifugal pumps or high-pressure homogenizers for sterilizing high viscosity liquids
  • Economical steam consumption due to efficient heat exchangers with waste heat utilization.
