Maintenance
- When filtering the wine, if abnormal phenomena such as unusual sounds, excessively thick pipes, or wine leakage occur, stop the machine operation in a timely manner and check whether it is installed correctly with a tight fit.
- When filtering the wine, try to use the filter when the wine is not too turbid. The filter is a physical filter that uses precision filter elements, which are very easy to clog. Excessively turbid conditions can cause the filter to clog and pose a risk of explosion.
- When the filter element is not in use after filtration, clean it with clean water and store it. Before reuse, filter it with clean water once, and then continue filtering the wine.
- After each hour of operation, turn off the power to let the machine rest for 10 minutes before continuing filtration to avoid burning out the power supply due to long-term use.
- When the pressure gauge pointer is approaching 0.4MPA, stop the operation immediately and replace the filter element.
